It is a complement, not a replacement, and it cuts repeat-order fees while building a customer list you actually own. ShopTopia is not a marketplace and is not affiliated with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Meta.
Because your fee should not grow just because your revenue does. A store doing Rp 5 M/month pays the same as one doing Rp 500 M/month: Rp 99k. Payment processing (Xendit) is billed per transaction at standard Xendit rates, separate from the subscription.

Your customer messages your WhatsApp Business number. ShopTopia replies with your catalog, generates a Xendit payment link, and sends an automatic confirmation once payment clears. You get a "PAID" alert and prep the order. ShopTopia does not replace your WhatsApp Business account, you still need one.
Most small sellers run the marketplaces and ShopTopia in parallel, for different jobs. CSV product import takes about 5 minutes. Only your product data moves over, never customers or orders from the marketplaces.
