Stock tracking is optional per product on ShopTopia. Off means the product is always considered available. On means stock decreases automatically on each PAID order.
When to leave it off
- Made-to-order or pre-order products.
- Unlimited digital products.
- Custom commissions (e.g. on-demand 3D printing).
When to turn it on
- Limited physical stock (e.g. limited editions).
- Products with long restock cycles.
- Stores with multiple staff fulfilling orders.
