Solutions · Marketplace import
Migrate the catalog, don't redo it.
Upload your Shopee or TikTok Shop export. ShopTopia auto-detects the format and migrates your catalog onto the new storefront, photos, prices, descriptions included.
The problem
Rebuilding a catalog from scratch is the biggest blocker to switching platforms.
A store with 50–200 products might need 2–3 working days to manually re-upload: photos, descriptions, prices. Enough to kill the migration before it begins.
Automatic import cuts that to minutes. Shopee and TikTok Shop columns are mapped to ShopTopia fields automatically, and product photos pull from the marketplace URLs.
How it works
Three steps to import a catalog
Export from the marketplace
Shopee Seller Center → Mass Upload, or TikTok Shop → Bulk Listing. Download the .xlsx.
Upload to ShopTopia
Dashboard → Products → Import. Drop the file in, ShopTopia detects the format and shows a preview.
Confirm
Review valid and invalid rows, then commit. Product photos rehost into ShopTopia storage in the background.
Features
What makes import smooth
Auto column mapping
ShopTopia recognises Shopee Indonesia and TikTok Shop formats. Indonesian or English headers, .csv or .xlsx, no manual remap.
Photo rehost to your storage
After import, product photos download from marketplace URLs into ShopTopia storage. Runs in the background, photos finish appearing a few minutes after import completes.
Preview before commit
See valid and invalid rows before the import runs. Catch wrong columns risk-free.
FAQ
Import questions
.xlsx exports from Shopee Indonesia (Mass Upload) and TikTok Shop (Bulk Listing) work out of the box. Or use the ShopTopia .csv template downloadable from the Import Products page.
Tokopedia's Seller Center doesn't expose a catalog export feature, so it can't be imported automatically yet. Workaround: paste your products into a spreadsheet with name, price, photo_url columns and use the ShopTopia template.
Not yet. Each row becomes one product. Variant support for Shopee and TikTok Shop is on the roadmap.
Yes. After import, ShopTopia downloads photos from marketplace URLs into its own storage in the background. If the marketplace URL later dies, your storefront still works.
