It does not replace, it’s more capable. WhatsApp Business broadcasts require manually adding numbers. ShopTopia broadcasts use automatic segmentation from customer order history.
Pro tier: 500 customers/broadcast, max 2 broadcasts/customer/month (frequency cap). Business tier: 5,000 customers/broadcast, configurable frequency cap.
Yes. Every broadcast includes a short "Reply STOP to opt out". The system auto-removes them. Required under UU PDP.
For Indonesian customers WhatsApp open-rates beat email. We focus on WA first. Email broadcasts are on the Business-tier roadmap.
