Custom 3D printing is hard to fit on a standard marketplace, limited variants, broken chat threads, and a 6–9% per-order fee. Repeat orders from the tabletop & gifting community kept eating into margin.

After

shoptopia.app/3dzaiku now serves as the official landing page. New customers still come from Instagram & TikTok, but repeat orders and custom commissions all run through WhatsApp + QRIS with ShopTopia checkout. Margin per order is up 6–8% and AOV climbed because bundles are now possible.
