Pricing questions
Not from us. You only pay the monthly subscription. For online payment via Xendit, a standard ~2% gateway fee applies per transaction, that goes to Xendit, not ShopTopia.
Yes. Upgrades take effect as soon as payment is confirmed. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you keep the features you already paid for.
Your data is always safe. If you drop from Pro to Free and have more than 10 products, the extras are hidden (not deleted) and reactivate automatically when you upgrade again.
Through Xendit: card, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, or bank VA (BCA / Mandiri / BNI / BRI). Auto-renew can be turned off any time.
Annual is 20% off monthly. Pro: Rp 79,200/mo billed annually (vs Rp 99,000 monthly). Business: Rp 239,200/mo annually (vs Rp 299,000).
Yes. The Pro trial is 7 days without a credit card. If you do not upgrade, your store rolls down to the Free plan automatically. No surprise charges.
