Cancelling subscription and exporting data

You can cancel any time without penalty. Pro/Business access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Cancel

1. Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
2. Select a reason (optional, for our feedback).
3. Confirm. Auto-renew stops, store auto-rolls to Free at period end.

Export data

• Products: Dashboard → Products → Export CSV.
• Orders: Dashboard → Orders → Export CSV (per date range).
• Customers: Dashboard → Customers → Export CSV.
