Downgrading, what happens to my data

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the features you already paid for. Data is not lost.

What happens to data

  • Products above the new tier limit are auto-hidden (not deleted). They reactivate on upgrade.
  • Custom domain keeps pointing but the storefront returns to shoptopia.app/slug.
  • Customer database and order history are unaffected.
  1. Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Downgrade.
  2. Pick the new tier, confirm.
  3. Effective on the next renewal date.
