Setting up 24/7 auto-replies

ShopTopia auto-replies handle inbound WA orders 24/7, quoting price, stock, shipping windows, without you always being online.

How to enable

  1. Dashboard → Settings → WhatsApp Auto-reply.
  2. Pick active hours (e.g. 18:00–08:00 for after-hours only).
  3. Pick a template: order confirmation, stock info, or custom.
  4. Click activate. Test by chatting from another number.
