Moving repeat customers from marketplaces to WA

Marketplaces forbid explicitly pulling buyers off-platform. They don’t forbid you from building your brand. Five safe tactics:

1. Insert a thank-you card with a QR to your storefront.
2. A QR sticker on the outside of the package so others see it too.
3. IG/TikTok bio links to shoptopia.app/yourshop, not the marketplace.
4. After a customer chats your WA, broadcast restocks 1–2× per month.
5. Use a human tone on WA. Reply fast, use your own name.
