How WhatsApp checkout works for the customer

WhatsApp checkout is the simplest flow, fitting for sellers without Xendit yet, or for buyers who prefer manual transfer.

Customer-side flow

  1. Customer opens shoptopia.app/yourshop, picks products, adds to cart.
  2. Clicks checkout → redirected to WhatsApp with a prefilled message (product list + total).
  3. Customer sends the message to your number, you reply with payment instructions.
  4. After the customer transfers, you mark the order as "PAID" in the ShopTopia dashboard.
