WhatsApp checkout is the simplest flow, fitting for sellers without Xendit yet, or for buyers who prefer manual transfer.
Customer-side flow
- Customer opens shoptopia.app/yourshop, picks products, adds to cart.
- Clicks checkout → redirected to WhatsApp with a prefilled message (product list + total).
- Customer sends the message to your number, you reply with payment instructions.
- After the customer transfers, you mark the order as "PAID" in the ShopTopia dashboard.
