To accept online payments (QRIS, e-wallets, bank VAs, cards), you need a Xendit account. Sign-up is free and proceeds land in the bank account registered to your Xendit profile.
Quick steps
- Open Dashboard → Payments in ShopTopia.
- Click "Connect Xendit", you’ll be sent to log in or sign up at Xendit.
- Complete Xendit identity verification (KTP + photo + business documents if available). Usually 1–3 business days.
- Once approved, the status in ShopTopia flips to "Connected" and online checkout activates automatically.
