A static QRIS is one QR for all transactions, the customer scans then types the amount. A dynamic QRIS is generated per transaction with the amount pre-filled.
When to use each
- Static: good for physical stores or pay-on-site. Counter sticker.
- Dynamic: default for e-commerce. No risk of typo on the amount. ShopTopia uses this by default at checkout.
For online stores, you almost always want dynamic, which is automatic on ShopTopia. No extra setup.
