What transaction fees actually cost (Xendit + ShopTopia)

Two cost layers to keep in mind: ShopTopia subscription (flat per month) and Xendit gateway (per transaction).

ShopTopia

  • Pro: Rp 99,000/month flat. No per-sale commission.
  • Business: Rp 299,000/month flat. No per-sale commission.

Xendit (per transaction)

  • QRIS: 0.7% (BI regulation, same across all merchants).
  • Virtual Account: flat Rp 4,000–6,000 per successful transaction.
  • E-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay): 2–2.5%.
  • Credit/debit cards: 2.9% + Rp 2,000.
