Refunding an order that has been paid

Refunds are issued straight from your Xendit dashboard, not from ShopTopia. Once Xendit processes the refund, the order status in ShopTopia updates automatically via webhook.

Refund steps

  1. Open Xendit, find the transaction matching the ShopTopia order’s invoice ID.
  2. Click "Refund", choose full or partial.
  3. Wait for Xendit confirmation (usually instant for e-wallets, H+1 for bank VAs).
