Refunds are issued straight from your Xendit dashboard, not from ShopTopia. Once Xendit processes the refund, the order status in ShopTopia updates automatically via webhook.
Refund steps
- Open Xendit, find the transaction matching the ShopTopia order’s invoice ID.
- Click "Refund", choose full or partial.
- Wait for Xendit confirmation (usually instant for e-wallets, H+1 for bank VAs).
