When does money land in my account

Disbursement is between Xendit and your bank account. ShopTopia does not hold sales proceeds.

Xendit default

  • Auto settlement H+1 business day for QRIS and e-wallet.
  • Bank VA is usually real-time when the buyer transfers.
  • Card payments: H+2 to H+3 business days.

You can configure payout cadence in the Xendit dashboard (daily, weekly, or manual on-demand).
